I don’t usually engage in hypotheticals, but I can’t even imagine a community putting in ordinances that knowingly cripple the largest economic driver for that community.
3 - While directly they cannot, couldn’t they elect supporters of, or lobby for ordiences that could cripple a business such as Deer Creek? Thinking a noise ordnance in this case.
A few things: 1. There is no development in the cornfield north of Ruoff (Deer Creek). 2. Every resident (for decades) who lives in proximity of Ruoff (Deer Creek) signs a document when they purchase their house acknowledging that they live in proximity of a major music center.…
I just know looking out from the lawn the corn fields will soon be no more due to the mega development taking place due north. You see every summer the residents who have houses complain about the noise on social media.

Quite the contrary. Most new development is designed to benefit Deer Creek! Our partners @LiveNation have been involved in all or most of the planning in and around the east side of Noblesville!
@ctjensen I hope any new development out here at HTC does not jeopardize Deer Creek. I’d vote against you for life.

SR 32 is the main east-west arterial in Hamilton County, IN. Yet it is closed in downtown Westfield and will close for three months in Noblesville for major road improvements. We are biting the bullet now to make sure we put in place the infrastructure we need for growth.
