Summer beach traffic coming through Irmo/Chapin/Columbia on Saturdays by way of I-26 East (minus the singing and dancing).
Needless to say, I’m intrigued by this idea. Lived here my whole life. Columbia is a fantastic place to call home. Why not jazz it up a bit?
