Porn has rotted the brains of so much of our population that rape isn’t just tolerated — it’s sexualized. We’ve raised a generation to think domination is desire, pain is pleasure, and silence is consent. And until we deal with it, women will continue to suffer.

a woman has to give perfect, consistent details of the most traumatic moment of her life with no room for error and even then it usually still isn’t enough. while men can lie through their teeth and change their story multiple times over and still be believed over the victim.

Whatever the outcome, one thing is clear. There was a lack of character in that room. Nobody stepped up and said “I don’t care what she’s saying, this isn’t right, we should be better than this.” Even if there may have been consent, just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
