It's easy to only ever complain, but had a five hour mechanical delay yesterday, and @AmericanAir responded promptly to my complaint and sent a decent and fair amount of miles as compensation. Really appreciated that, considering how rough the day went. (Also our crew was great)

Have an automatic transfer from my checking to savings account, but got the timing wrong, so the transfer overdrafted, but have overdraft protection in place, so... it transferred from my savings... to checking... to cover the xfer back to savings. The aristocrats!
