Football practice is starting. Watch out for "somebody". He will steal pads, cleats, etc. Then in games people will yell for you to block "somebody" even though we never found him when the pads came up missing...

Have some accountability system within your scheme. Doesn't have to be any big punishments, just Golden Rules & clear expectations. Here is an example of Offensive Accountability plan for football, but this would work with any sport. Maybe it can help you come up with your own.
