bbc.co.uk/news/articles/… All those supposed doctors who post all the crap about PA’s need to be brought down to earth. Yet another doctor found wanting and yesterday a vascular surgeon allegedly found to be lying why he is a double amputee You coudn’t believe it!!!!!
Heard that a registrar is doing a consultant shift for £320 per hour during the strikes Makes a mockery of everybody on x moaning about PA’s
bbc.co.uk/news/articles/… Why can’t all GP practices be like this one
I guess the forthcoming doctors strike will have so called doctors dressed up in scrubs supplied by the NHS outside the hospital protesting again Why are they allowed to wear scrubs supplied by their employer They should wear their own clothes!!
With all these illegal boat crossings. I don’t know why the UK doesn’t ignore them and then concentrate on identifying illegal people staying / working in the UK and then deport them accordingly. Much more cost effective and will give a clear disincentive to all illegal imm
Doctors who claim that the Leng review recommendations are immediate are so wrong It requires approval and official written and stated implementation by NHSE before it is cast in stone
Why are all these so called young doctors complaining about their pay When they went into medicine they knew they would accumulate a large debt and knew the pay rates If they didn’t they certainly are more stupid than I thought
theguardian.com/society/2025/j… What a load of rubbish Same old same old from the BMA similar to the last response during that strike BMA were going for 35% and that was non negotiable and what did they get???
Funny old thing I remember when Macron came to the UK some years ago on some high powered visit and promised that the Bayeux tapestry was coming to the UK. It was heralded as a great diplomatic move Nothing more was heard and now its repeated itself
Anybody tell me why the term junior doctors has been changed to resident doctors??? The job’s the same
Looking forward to a massive expansion of MAP’s instead of doctors following the BMA strike ballot result Mea Culpa
Good to hear the BMA being roasted by Nick Robinson on the Today programme BMA resembles the coal strikers of yesteryear More money without any increase in productivity
theguardian.com/society/2025/j… This can’t be true Look at the numbers of new doctor registrations at the GMC in the last few years Overwhelming they are foreign graduates
I know a PA who works in the acute medical unit in a busy DGH I’m told 7 out of 8 patients referred by GP’s get discharged the same day What are those GP’s playing at Covering their arses as per usual
bbc.co.uk/news/articles/… Don’t think I’ll be going to this hospital anytime soon Not even various doctors could get the right diagnosis Puts into question the competency of doctors
I hope the BMA organise a proper strike of doctors instead of the namby pampby 2 days strikes of old An all out indefinite strike is the only way forward
