True development happens from the ground up..IMO multiple trainers at a young age causes confusion in development. Better result when molded by 1 person, that’s why it’s important to pick the right person! Multiple trainers at an older age adds to the tool box🔥

Also must add… the guys that show up for voluntary workouts are oddly enough the 3 guys committed to D1 schools and the other has 40 offers and top 10 player in America. Hardworks pays off…. I say it year in and year out.
