I visited and had a most inspiring meeting this afternoon with Prof. @ccpcotton , Vice-Chancellor @ughe_org , a non-profit university of health sciences in Rwanda focused on training and provision of rural health care in Africa. Phil was previously Vice-Chancellor of @Uni_Rwanda.
