I'm very proud of the work we're doing at @documenso. No AI. No marketing. Just shipping.
An AI tool can't have drawbacks or issues. It's always the user's skill issue or prompting or whatever-the-flavour-of-the-day-is. Altho I like and use AI, I'm extremely tired of these AI-brainwashed people.
I genuinely believe that having some kind of online presence increases your chances of getting hired exponentially. The AI generated resumes and fake interviews destroyed the job market.

I always thought more money would make me happier. My first job in tech paid me around $3.6k/month. Then I downgraded to approximately $1.8k/month when I moved to Romania from UK. After that, I managed to almost triple my 1st job’s salary on multiple occasions. And I was damn…
I want to use either Bolt or Lovable *only* for designing UIs. Which one do you recommend?

The original liquid glass.
If you're employed, do you check work-related apps after work?

Your location plays a huge role on your ambitions. Living in Romania makes me comfortable with my income and achievements, since I’m well above average. But whenever I go back to London, I feel a different kind of ambition lightning up. It’s just something in the air. Also, so…
It’s interesting how AI brings us back to the terminal. I wasn’t a fan of the terminal tbh, and I only used it when absolutely necessary. That changed with AI, and especially when I started using Warp @warpdotdev which combines the traditional terminal and AI very well. I was…
If you have unlimited PTO at your job, how much do you take yearly?
"Some researchers are being offered pay packages worth more than $300 million, and even that kind of money isn't always enough to win them over." How do I become an AI researcher?

I tend to overwork quite often and achieve minimal results. This is the first step towards changing that.
