Friendly at TSS today - @ChipTownFC 1 Swindon T 5 (HT 0-4). I don't set much store by friendlies (& for the 1st half hour at least, STFC were simply slicker, quicker and more ruthless than we were) but I DO set store by a crowd of 1729 & hugely busy bar. Olly on good voluble form

An evening at the Bish Bash Bosh with Beardy and various of his work people, for another London derby where the Rey won, though this time Middlesex gave it a good go. Some great catches from both sides, two ridiculously slow umpire reviews. An enjoyable night. #surreycricket

Today @AddiscombeGrae & I finally completed the 78 miles of the @CapitalRing. The final section and a half today - Abbey Road station to Woolwich. It's been great. Walking is good for one's physical health, but also one's mental health. Thank you, Grahame.
