Did you know as a general rule, men & women should not regularly drink above the Chief Medical Officers' low risk guidelines of 14 units per week, spread out over three or more days. That’s about a bottle & a half of wine or six pints of standard-strength beer per week.

It's South Asian Heritage month. This years theme is 'Roots to Routes' Each of us carries a unique story shaped by our roots & the routes travelled to get to where we are. It's a chance to reflect on your journey & how this has shaped your identity today.

Since 1827 there has been healthcare in Bradford, with the first dispensary opening its doors in Darley Street. It later became known as the Bradford Infirmary in 1843. in 2025 we are still here, still caring for the population of Bradford & we will still be here tomorrow.
