I aspire to be the king of “but see” citations. 🤗
Here's a very cool paper from David Pozen and @JulianNyarko finding what they call the "Twitter bump" -- a very large uptick in citation counts and journal prestige for law professors who use Twitter. Here's the key figure:
An observation: It is incredibly cringe to criticize the “quality” of someone’s law review placement & if you do it, you should know that you are a pathetic loser.
I just posted the final version of "The Decline & Fall of the U.S. News Rankings" coauthored with @DeucesTecum & published in the @IndLRev. It shows that changes in a law school's US News ranking don't affect student preferences. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cf…

I'm looking for songs that describe artworks. The only one I've got is Nat King Cole's Mona Lisa. Unfortunately, Television's Venus de Milo doesn't really describe the statue.
An interesting authenticity dispute. IMO it’s one thing for the artist’s estate to declare a work inauthentic & another to try to prevent its sale. It will be interesting to see the complaint, if one is filed. artnews.com/art-news/news/…
