Elected leaders, former staffers, and members of the Cummings family are coming together to rename the Carroll Post Office on S Loudon Ave. in honor of Congressman Elijah Cummings. The ceremony is at Green Street Academy, the building where he once attended school. @wbaltv11

The family of Ronald Silver II, the DPW worker who died of heat related illness on the job, and his co-worker join their attorney to announce their intent to sue Baltimore City. They say DPW violated the 13th amendment which prohibits slavery and indentured servitude. @wbaltv11

The right lane on Baltimore St. is back open downtown and traffic is passing by as BGE crews continue to work. There are still closures surrounding Baltimore St. @wbaltv11

Road closures remain in Downtown Baltimore after an underground fire Saturday. Right now Baltimore Street is closed between Calvert and Holliday and Guilford Ave. is closed between Fayette and Redwood. BGE says they will partially reopen Baltimore Street at 6am. @wbaltv11
