The 2nd of my 2 game South Down football jaunt today & it was @BangorFC again as the visitors- this time at 3rd tier @RathfrilandFC. Home team deservd 4-0 winners (no idea how strong the Bangor team was). I expected a bit more frm Iveagh Park tho. Moneyslane's pitch is much bettr

First of 2 back-to-back football games in South Down for me today - both bizarrely involving @BangorFC as the visiting team. First up was a trip to @Moneyslane_FC. Their home (Jubilee Park) is a great facility for a small village - with a pitch like a carpet & a great wee stand👍

Was in #Gallway on wknd for 1st time in about 20yrs. And my god - it's absolutely vibrant. I appreciate @GalwayIntArts festival was on, but the city appears to buzzing all the time. Tonnes of tourists, loads of shops. The contrast with #Derry, especially at night, is depressing😔
