burden, and this varies significantly among manufacturers. If a patient receives just 4 drugs - amlodipine, lisinopril, omeprazole, diclofenac - the added burden is almost 800 mg of phosphate/day, very close to the recommended daily phosphate intake for dialysis patients 🤫
A fab few days at the @ESOTtransplant Congress. Going away with lots to think about, including sustainability of clinical practice and research & novel biomarkers to guide transplant management. Plus we presented the results of our study! Thanks to the #esotcongress organisers!

Oxford Kidney Unit @OUHospitals (past and present) out in force at #UKKW what a team!
Excited to share our latest preprint, out today on @medrxivpreprint. We leverage the complementary power of @brukerspatial GeoMx and CosMx platforms to delineate influences upon CD8 T cell accumulation in #cutaneoussquamouscellcarcinoma! medrxiv.org/content/10.110…
Great weekend at the @UKKidney SpR Club / @BTPTSociety joint meeting on decision making in Transplantation in York, including contributing to a session on difficult listing/donor offer decisions. My first return since CCT - it's great to see SpR Club still going strong! #sprclub

The CAMS Oxford Institute Spatial and Gene Profiling Hub has been formally recognized by Bruker Spatial Biology for its generation of high-quality spatial transcriptomic and proteomic data across its nCounter® and GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler platforms.
Honoured that our Spatial Profiling Hub at @CAMS_COI_Ox has been accredited this week by @brukerspatial as a certified service provider for our GeoMx and nCounter platforms, recognising our high standards and stringent workflows! #spatialtranscriptomics
