Just in case, a disclaimer for subscribers and those who want to subscribe: Do not expect frequent and stable posts from me😅 I also make arts not only with dinosaurs. You have been warned.
I spent some time in photoshop and remade the Mutadons into Raptors with real mutations. This would have really made the movie better and even scarier, in my opinion.
If a pack of raptors like this with varying mutations (two heads, varying sizes, asymmetry) had been present instead of the Mutadons, but had filled out the exact same role in terms of the actual events, my enjoyment of the final stretch of the movie would have increased a lot.
What if Jurassic Park 3 Spinosaurus was in Jurassic World Rebirth.
Great thread that every paleo nerd (especially paleo artists) should read!
There exists a prevalent line of thinking in this community that a life reconstruction (artwork, CGI, or toys) of an animal is “wrong” because it isn’t a 1:1 perfect match to a skeletal reconstruction down to the millimeter or pixel.
I hope I have a fun time watching this movie! #PrimitiveWar youtube.com/watch?v=ixXxdW…
One?! Ooff... Ditch the whole "Dinosaurs mostly died off on the mainland because the world wasn't hospitable". Make it a globe-trotting adventure, going to different parts of the world. And if you feel extra ballsy, have one part take place in Japan. THAT would be awesome!

Science literacy is collapsing. And with it, the foundations of civilization. People fear vaccines more than viruses. So diseases we once defeated are coming back. They fear GMOs more than hunger. So we reject tools that could feed millions. They fear nuclear more than climate…
Even after double checking the size of Titanosaurus from JWR from different people, I still doubted if it was exactly that big. So I took a famous photo with huge sauropod leg and put it in the picture. Damn! It fits Brachi perfectly, but compared to Titano, it's just Littlefoot.
Was a little pessimistic with the scaling there but was rather surprised when I tried it myself. Used myself for the human silhouette comparison (181 cm)
#MasterPaleoartAppreciationPost THE COMPOSITIONS OF PHIL TIPPETT'S 'DINOSAUR!'!
I recently returned from a paleontological expedition, which I was on for a month and a half. And, of course, I haven't had time to watch JW Rebirth yet. It looks like I'll have to turn off the internet until I see it, since my recommendations are all spoiler-laden discussions😅
