Kadoorie Farm has found that Eurasian otters have returned to Hong Kong waters after the species was thought extinct in the region since the 1960s. Genetic testing on faeces samples found in The Brothers Marine Park have been confirmed to be from Eurasian otters.…

Some excitement at the end of the year here in our Hong Kong butterfly work. @yuetfungling managed to capture a tagged Parantica sita that had flown over 3000 km (in more than 120 days) from Japan. A new record for the species hku.hk/press/news_det…
