When a man is tired of the London Underground League, he is tired of life
Essex Sen Lg. West Essex (1)2 Romford (3)4, att 147. WE had chances in good 1st half but R better, worth lead and looked set for comfortable win. But 2nd half was tighter, WE made it 2 3, had better of last quarter before R wrapped it up with last minute 4th on break

Wealdstone 0 Charlton Athletic (2)3, att c500? W came close a few times but CA generally comfortable and well worth win

Leyton Orient (1)3 Spurs u21 (0)1, att 1,525. Decent game. LO had most of play and chances. S equalised with good break but LO well worth win with S keeper making several fine saves to limit them to 3

Potters Bar Town 3 Cockfosters 2, att 155. Enjoyable competitive game inc some good goals and one terribly in (for 0 1). PBT won it 87m, C close to 3 3 when hit bar in last minute but PB prob just about worth win

Penybont (1)1 FK Kauno Zalgiris (1)1, att 1,412, aggregate 1 4. P started well, hit post early but 0 1 12m. They quickly equalised but rarely looked like winning game never mind the tie. 2nd half drifted towards FT, SK had chances, prob worth win but comfortably through anyway

Welling United 0 Leyton Orient (5)10, att c350? at Ebbsfleet. 0 1 c30 seconds, 0 2 2m later and LO took it from there to completely dominate. Should have had more 1st half. 2nd half team not so flowing but still added 5 and ended game pressing for more

Friendly double. 2:00. Southend Utd (2)2 Crown Pro Elite (1)1, att c25. Decent game, CP ahead but SU worth win, could've had more 2nd half. 7:50: Sawbridgeworth Town (2)4 Bishops Stortford Swifts (2)2, att c30. Even, end to end for over an hour, ST got on top to deserve win

Shoebury Town (1)2 Leigh Ramblers Reserves (2)2, att c20. Decent game, well contested as friendlies at this level so often are. LT from behind to lead HT. Bit of luck about ST's equaliser (mishit cross?) but it was deserved and draw about right overall

Hatfields League Cup Final. CSLA 0 Goldman Sachs (2)2, att c15. Deserved win completed League and cup double for GS. CS missed early pen at 0 0, went behind soon after then their keeper kept them it as they rarely looked like scoring even with lot of possession last 20m

Hullbridge Sports (1)2 Leigh Ramblers (2)2, att c70. Decent game. HS ahead early but LR come back well. HS on top most of 2nd half, hit woodwork x3 deserved at least their penalty equaliser. Pleasantly surprised to find a small seated stand

Hackney Wick (0)1 Clapton CFC (1)3, att c30 at Parsloes Park. Enjoyable game. C better 1st half might've been further ahead HT and were soon after, 0 2 50m. HW improved, 1 2 midway, close to equalising but last seconds 3rd wrapped it up for C

Cockfosters 0 Leverstock Green (1)1, att c45. Passable. Well contested but not many chances. Lucky goal (cross missed by everyone) 0 1 in even 1st half. C on top 2nd, worth a draw but couldn't find a way through
