What a joke I had to restore and reset the box and input my Wi-Fi password again and again , finally it came back to life but I missed the bloody darts
Sky Q box cut out 3 times - switched on/off each time then gave up. £88.50 for the privilege
Have the same issue 3 times this evening watching amazon prime on my sky q and just switched itself off unresponsive had to unplug sky plug to get it back up running glad wasnt going mad
Mine has crashed 4 times in the last hour or so. Green light on, but the box is not responding to remote. Unpluged and pluged back in, reset yhe remote and works for 10-15 minutes then loses connection again. Very annoying
Didn’t think to check here. Thought it was just mine on the blink. Kinda glad to see it isn’t specifically my box!
Well said! Just keeps switching itself off, even after being rebooted. Oh well, at least they don’t charge us a fortune for the privilege… Oh, wait…
