Love seeing Glenwood South continue to add coffee shops with the new Cortado on Glenwood Ave and then 321 Coffee at Bloc 83, which has been there since 2022. We also moved Fractal Energy, public art piece of @DowntownRaleigh, to Bloc 83. Check it out in evenings/night!
The Maeve is now open, adding 297 units and 20+ stories of walkable housing to downtown! Views are amazing and helps knit DTR + Dix Park together. With this opening, DT Raleigh passes 10,000 housing units in total with over 3,000 completed since 2020.
