If it’s on call constantly answering you, giving you advice, satisfying you like a servant discussing your life, whatever it is doing, it is not doing psychotherapy, even if you like it, even if it has some benefits. Having a smart sycophant with an encyclopedia vs a therapist.
Does anybody else use ChatGPT as their personal therapist that’s on call 24/7/365? Or is that just me?
