building solo teaches you two things fast: - how to make decisions and - how to live with their consequences
sometimes the real productivity hack is just forcing yourself to sit in the boredom until your brain builds something out of it.
everyone’s worried about being replaced by AI. they’re missing the point. we’re moving from human-in-the-loop to human-over-the-loop. from doing the work to overseeing the system
there’s no such thing as wasting time if you learned where not to go again. keep failing, it takes you closer to the win

reality check: AI still can’t teach taste. it can write your blog post/tweets/whatever, but it can’t make it worth reading, only you can.
the more i build with AI, the more i realize: it won’t replace builders, but it will expose who’s just been lucky.
every time a bug eats 3 hours of my life, i remind myself: the dopamine when it finally works will be worth it.
don’t mistake being busy for being successful. sometimes you’re just sprinting inside a maze.
wasn’t feeling like working so i cleaned my desk. wiped the screen. moved my chair. suddenly my brain shifted into 5th gear. sometimes your environment knows what you need before you do.
