This year I am particularly looking for prospective graduate students who are interested in studying social cognition by using deep neural networks as cognitive models to explain the computations performed by social brain circuits.

Looking for a good citation for the scaling hypothesis: the claim that neural nets exhibit qualitatively different abilities at scale. Interesting to see that although it seems a lot of people privately believe this, the published literature is waaaaaaaaay more circumspect
