One of the quiet joys of my career has been watching the people I hired early become forces of nature. Jenny Hadlow started with me at Yext. She now runs a $20B company. Invest in people early. And their wins become part of your legacy.

Advice is everywhere. Most of its noise. But a rule of thumb I follow: if someone hasn’t stood where you’re standing, they don’t know where the blisters form.

This is a great way to sum up the approach we’re taking @trywindmill. Said another way, will be easy to make crappy agents. Really hard to make good ones.
