Personal update: today my time at @OilersNation comes to an end. Was my choice and it was very tough. I owe a lot to @zjlaing and @jsbmbaggedmilk who gave me a chance and guided me along the way. The people at ON are passionate about their craft and I’ll miss that. 1/2
Too many people talk about the tax advantage teams like the Panthers get rather than focus on what they do that is within everyone's control. Drafting, Developing, Conditioning, Pro-Scouting etc. These are what I think about when #97 talks about a sustainable winner.

The Bakersfield Condors may ice a roster this season where 2/3 of the roster is made up of players who are 24 or younger. That's the youngest group I can remember in some time.

Good list but I might be biased given we are 9 out of 10. Samanski is interesting. There are tools but the skating transition from big ice to NHL size will be critical. Same with a player like Tomasek.
