These 2 ALL Americans put on a 🌞morning show Friday. Sophia Ngbesso left ran a (PR) of 1:01.55 for a 5th finish in the finals, and Rylan Hainje rt was national runner up with a (PR) of 51.61

Salwa Eid Naser 🇧🇭 powers to a Meet Record of 49.15s to win the women's 400m at the Ostrava Golden Spike! Lynna Irby-Jackson 🇺🇸 was 2nd in 49.82s, while Femke Bol 🇳🇱 came in 3rd in 49.98s.

Lynna Irby-Jackson, the 12-time @IHSAA1 champ from @PikeHSAthletics, finishes fourth at Paris after leading through 300m. Irby, 26, ran her best time since 2018 NCAA title.
Congrats 👏🏽 to North Central’s Kaelina Matthews left (Senior) and Athena Dixon Rt (Jr) on Representing North Central this evening at the Indiana Track and Field All Star meet. Kaelina won the 800 meter for the Seniors, and Athena was runner up in the 300 meter Hurdles.
