To AdComs: When you see a Low-SES applicant applying to your school, you should feel honored and know that this applicant thought long and hard on where to send their money. Applying to school isn't cheap for ANYONE and especially burdensome on Low-SES applicants.

Five years from now if family medicine continues to pay $200,000 to $250,000 a year I don’t think we’re going to have any MD or DOs go into that field anymore. All patients will be seen by NPs or PAs for their primary care visit .
