I love when people use a remote access client to log in on the same computer they're using and it frustrates them because the screen duplicates itself . Sometimes you just gotta laugh at people lol

I wish bosses could be reasonable. I can work tickets fast or I can work them accurately. If a whole office network is down I can't fix it in 15 minutes. Imagine being on the phone with someone who calls a desktop tower a modem and trying to troubleshoot networking problems.
