Several weeks ago, #Rhea1, the European Arm Neoverse V1 design with 80 cores, 64 GB HBM2E and a DDR5 memory interface, had its tape out at TSMC. It's now handed off to TSMC for start of manufacturing. Samples will be available in early 2026. hardwareluxx.de/index.php/news…
