A really joyful celebration of Pentecost yesterday. During the Mass we baptised T, whose parents had their banns called here last year. Lovely to welcome so many of their families, friends and supporters, some of whom had travelled from Australia and Singapore for the occasion

A really joyful weekend of celebrations for the Ascension. Thank you to those who joined us and for the prayers and good wishes of many friends. Thanks to all from the home team who helped bring the weekend together, and also to @symbelchoir who were fantastic!

Thanks so much for joining us! Great to have members of @FideliumLondon join us over the weekend.
Also, great company and a glass of wine afterwards! All churches I have been to are friendly, but I think this one was particularly so. Multiple lovely people came up to me to say hi and make sure I hung around for a chat. (Terrible photo inserted just to prove wine was had)
Some glorious singing this evening at @ascensionsw11! The perk of sitting back in the nave was getting to stare up at this lovely carved crucifix and screen during vespers
Wonderful to join Fr Chris and the people of St Nectarios, Battersea today for Matins and Divine Liturgy for Ascension Day A joy in this anniversary yr of the Council of Nicaea that the Church, east and west, makes the journey from Holy Week through the season of Easter together
