i LOVE when people i’m interested in are chatty. send me 10 texts in quick succession, explain exactly what ur commute today was like, respond to my texts with double the number i sent you, make bad jokes and tell me in detail how u feel about a new song you heard. talk to me.
Traditionally, men married multiple wives for the labour they got from them and the plenty children. More bodies to work in their farms for them. Most wives in polygamous home catered to their children themselves. This delusion that men were solely providing is ridiculous.
In cultures where men marry more than one wife, it’s not just about tradition, it’s about being able to care for them. Polygamy without provision is just irresponsibility.
I love when people tell me I'm being too picky with men just because I'm 22. Then I hit them with, "I'm actually 28," and suddenly they realize I'm not in a rush to settle down just because of my age.
