i feel like the idv fandom would definitely adore alex because he's a conventionally attractive white twink with a shitty personality and sad backstory, but the moment his lore came out they'd jump to erase his connection to jack and ship him with other characters instead

“Oc” and “character” can mean the same thing but usually have different connotations for writing and how theyre developed and all. However im usually just too lazy to type out character over oc lol
