A classic example of needing to cut before you build - this is Jack - a client I've been working with for the last 4 months. He wanted to gain size and muscle, and bulk up for an upcoming wedding. He started off with the classic "skinny fat" physique. He was working out a lot,…

GLP-1’s will do 1000x more to combat obesity than replacing high fructose corn syrup and seed oils ever will.
When it comes to getting in shape, most people do cardio first, lift weights second, and focus on their nutrition last. When in reality it should be the exact opposite.
WILD transformation from a client. He combined a high protein, moderate carb/fat diet with our Push-Pull-Legs Program and his results EXPLODED. The diet is on you - if you want the PPL Program, check the next tweet (you can have it free)
The trick to getting 8+ hours of quality sleep: - No drinking - 10k steps/day in the sun - Eye mask + ear plugs - 2 grams magnesium glycinate - 2 grams glycine Lights out at the same time each evening.
Not sure who needs to hear this "Low fat" is an easier dietary strategy than "low carb". You get a much higher volume of food (fat has over 2x calories/gram, plus it's less filling). Studies also show it's equally as effective as low carb...
There is NO evidence that exchanging high fructose corn syrup sweetened cola for cane sugar sweetened cola will have ANY impact on human health. NONE. ZERO. @SecKennedy I invite you to produce ONE study demonstrating that substituting cane sugar for high fructose corn syrup…
.@BioLayne: "Biochemically there is very little difference between cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup...if you're telling me a 5% difference in fructose.. is somehow going to change our nations health...you're putting energy into stuff that won't make a bit of difference"
Observing the “Alpha” class at my gym One of those barbell/crossfit/HIIT hybrid programs These people are killing themselves… and training in a haphazard, ineffective way Zero gains being made I just saw sets of 10 power cleans superset (zero rest) with sets of 10 burpees…
If you're training the entire body consistently + with intensity, and you're not happy with the results, you need to fix your nutrition. Training makes the muscle bigger. Nutrition allows you to see the muscle that's hidden behind the layers of fat.
Humans underestimate how many calories they eat by 50%. Humans overestimate how many calories they burn by 100%. No wonder everyone has such a tough time getting lean. If you're not tracking, you're guessing.
Unless you have 3+ SOLID years of consistent strength training using progressive overload: - skip chest flys, get your bench up - skip one arm cable rows, get your t-bar row up - skip lateral raises, get your shoulder presses up - skip leg curls, get your squat up The strength…
- Meat - Rice - Potatoes - Eggs - Oats - Fruit - Veggies Mix and match as you wish - it would be difficult to not be healthy if these were the main staples of your diet.
Getting into great shape is simple. You don't need to fast, go keto, eat one meal/day, use stupid supplements, buy waist trainers, or do endless burpees. You do need to be in a calorie deficit, train with weights, eat plenty of protein, get your steps in, and drink water.
Genetics DO matter. But you’ll never know what your genetics are until you start doing everything the right way. There’s a lot of people out there with excellent genetics who think they have crappy genes.
I think genetics means alot as well. Because i know guys that never work out and dont eat healthy are built like Lebron James since we were kids. Lol
Why have over 5,000 people downloaded this program? Simple - if I only had THREE hours per week to dedicate to training, I would grab The Busy Gladiator Program and get to work. MAXIMUM results Minimal time expense It's free here: anymanfitness.clickfunnels.com/optin165218765…
