The Lawyers for Israel's contempt case against media outlets has failed. The letter writers who campaigned for the ABC to illegally sack me have been ordered to pay half of The Herald and Age's legal costs. Today Justice Rangiah said they had "no reasonable basis" or "case".

The case of ⁦@antoinette_news⁩ v ABC will return to the federal court on 3 September to hear argument on whether the court should impose penalties on the ABC for its unlawful conduct. The hearing will be live -streamed.
