Can you spot yesterday’s run trail in the Valley?! Super happy with the session 18x3 minutes all below 3:30 per km. Solid big run before @alpe_triathlon next week! Just need the bike legs to recover and I might be good! #alpedhuez #altitude

Last Sunday rode @letapedutour Yesterday went up the Glandon and watched the @LeTour pass Today watching the stage we rode on Sunday (albeit a bit shorter) This has been quite the week of #TDF2025  and cycling! Incredible memories for sure. #vivaletour 🇫🇷🚴‍♂️

Cycled 100kms with 3000m climbing and it was worth every pedal stroke Amazing to witness these guys flying over the col du Glandon today. Never seen @LeTour in France so quite the special experience! #TDF2025 #tdf

There is no greater stadium in the world for sport. Cycling is incredible and the #TDF2025 as magical as it gets. This was insane to see as the riders rounded the corner and crowd went wild. @LeTour #TDF

Riding the 19th stage of #TDF2025 as hard as I could with around 17000 other people was one hell of an experience Obviously couldn’t take many images but a few below! Was 130kms with 4500m and happy to do it in 5:47! Still in the top 650 to finish! 📈💪#letapedutour

Must be brutal to be Vingegaard the only athlete that can get remotely CLOSE to Pog and all the expectation on him But the guy never gives up keeps on fighting and that’s still a hell of a TT Just a shame the tour is a procession now.. #TDF2025 #tdf

In all seriousness we do have this strange toxic positivity in the endurance space at the moment. You can’t call anything out, let someone know it’s not smart to not train for an event etc etc You get called a gate keeper or hater, it’s a weird one.

Those who were going crazy about this. Run influencers and grifters.. Those who called this out People in the know Makes ya think!

Looking forward to this Sunday challenge riding @letapeseries @LeTour for the first time! One of the hardest stages of this years #TDF2025 so should be a fun day out! Main aims are to stay safe, push the climbs and finish strong up to La Plagne! Let’s see how it goes!
