Shrinkflation is real. 18 pieces per pack means leaving one of the 10 slots in each foil pack empty. @ExcelGumCA

PJM capacity auction results for 2026/27 delivery are in. $329/MW-day. Hits price cap! More pressure from states on electricity bills will be forthcoming after this
No, you just did a national TV interview with a button undone on your shirt.
When did Alberta start making equalization payments?
What happens if Alberta stops making the equalization payments? westernstandard.news/alberta/66265/…
Who is going to tell him?
I get that you hate Poilievre, but it isn't that hard to raise the minimum bar in terms of residency requirements to the level one needs to show to vote in a given riding.
Premiers' strategy appears to be to stack up as many fantasy projects as possible so as to maximize the potential to blame the feds when they don't get their PONIs. Let's not pretend fed regs are the barrier to tunnels under the 401, James Bay oil exports, Mackenzie Valley, etc.
I feel like one major advantage of the James Bay port fantasy PoNI is that we'll all talk a lot more about Moose Factory which is on Moose Factory Island in the Moose River near Moosonee.
New and existing refineries in Southern Ontario? And oil and gas to James Bay?

B.C. Court of Appeal dismisses appeals of Trans Mountain protesters, affirming it is no defence to criminal contempt for defying a court order that the accused believed Indigenous law gave them a right to enter the work site: R. v. Cavanaugh, 2025 BCCA 252 canlii.ca/t/kd9vm
A whole lot of disturbing stuff here.
Hi, yes, g'morning. This is awkward. But targeting a reporter - hi! - with surreptitiously obtained photos and details of her tooling around town is an attack on the public's right to know. theglobeandmail.com/canada/article…
Might be worth noting that the Premier of Alberta was, on different occasions, part of the mainstream media. She worked for Global, Postmedia, and Corus/Shaw, which are clearly all entities with an incorrigible liberal bias.
The author of this op-ed was a very senior executive at TC when they sought to construct the Keystone XL project which was subject to a climate test as part of the State Dept analysis for the issuance of the presidential permit. TMX and Line 3 were built after such tests.

Why would the government have to buy out quota? Gov't policies change all the time. Is it generally the case that gov'ts make those who previously captured the rents from those policies whole for the expected net present value of all future rents from those policies?
Ending supply management also means tens of billions in quota buy out that you and I and every taxpayer will be on the hook for. And yes - you’d still provide relief if prices dropped. It’s a basic trade and political reality.
"crimes against Alberta"
I’ve never seen someone so constantly WRONG @ABDanielleSmith and @demetriosnAB need to investigate Leech for crimes against Alberta and REMOVE him from his role at @UAlberta
