As much as prefer for Anwar to finish his term, cytros pumping out propa saying if not Anwar who else is annoying af. I have more faith that there are younger Malaysians who can step up when the opportunity comes. We won’t see them as long as old dinos keep blocking the view
I criticize Anwar frequently but I think he handled this rally really well — better than any PM in living history I'd say. Didn't go overboard sending ministers to be goons, made light of the rally, but respected rights and treated it civilly.

Actually though is this Himpunan Turun Anwar rally going to be the only/first rally in the world where the headlining speaker is A HUNDRED YEARS OLD??
Don't forget the Reformasi veterans are all in PN now, people like Chegubard etc won't consider it a real rally unless they get bodyslammed by a riot police shield!

Truly a legendary unforced error for Anwar to plan an outlier "Pengumuman penghargaan luar biasa" that left people waiting a week when these handouts could and should have been tucked into RMK13 speeches or Budget. Bizarre strategy; I imagine internally PH folks aren't happy too.
