I can confirm this. If you see videos where we run with emergency lights, it is permitted by Ukrainian authorities for reason X, Y & ร. Emergency lights are not used for fun, never and even then we are responsible for our own driving.
And it is every driver's responsibility to follow traffic rules. So no emergency driving. The exception is Ukraine (when there is a separate permit for it), and then when it sayd to go, we're going. With lights. And everyone is still responsible for not doing anything stupid.
As many have said about ๐บ๐ฆ they need a bit, sometimes a lot, of everything, as being viciously attacked by murder russia (largest country in the world, don't forget) puts a lot of burden in everyone. Ambulances are a vital help so support this awesome group! #StandWithUkraine
