I rarely label a design as final when communicating with clients. During iteration reviews, I make it clear which elements, such as sections, styles, or effects, are not yet finished. My approval of the design’s quality depends on my own judgment, not the client’s opinion.
Same way as before, using @raycastapp.
Am I tripping or did Apple just remove the Launchpad from macOS? How do you access all of your apps now?
If you’re working on a new product design project that’s more than 20 pages long, maintain, evolve, and design it directly in code. Design tools are far less efficient these days compared to the speed you can achieve with Claude Code, Cursor, or v0. Thank me later!
I’ve been using auto layout and components in Figma for last 2 days. I’m trying to see if it’ll make my life easier designing all these interfaces but it’s only causing so much headache and so time consuming. How do y’all design like this! You’re all monsters.
Because the thing named as Autopilot, just mid level Cruise Control and the name of an actual Autopilot is FSD. Super confusing. Creates wrong narrative. Should be renamed.
NEWS: Elon Musk says 50% of @Tesla owners that could try FSD have not tried it even once. 🫠
Is there an Apple in the world of printers/MFP? - Minimum setup - Ideally no extra app required - AirDrop support - No noise when it's not printing - Good design
Please tell me I'm not the only one who sees the problem with that video. 2025 @rivian Google Maps integration announcement.
After investing in $TSLA since 2018, I finally decided to get one to myself – New Tesla Model Y, Stealth Grey. It's almost a perfect car, so here is my review with things I like and don't like after two weeks of driving it: + Very good soundproofing + Huge suspension…

We haven’t redesigned our website in four years and have barely touched the copy. I doubt we’ll ever redesign it. Remember that your actual work will always be more valuable for conversion than your experiments with buttons position or colors.
For those who are interested in whether there will be new videos on the Pixel Point YT channel, I'm aiming to record a nice full breakdown of the design process for the project that we're going to release very soon.
Remember, when non-design folks share a reference with you, the things that you think they might be asking for can be drastically different from what they actually want or can afford. Manage expectations properly.

It’s extremely difficult to find good designers, much like finding a good spouse, investor, engineer, or anyone else. This is largely because the extensive list of requirements people impose for these roles drastically reduces the likelihood of finding a match. In the design…
Shoutout to @calcsam and @mastra_ai. You’ve built a great framework and it’s super easy to use. If you build AI stuff, I highly recommend checking it out.
Figma needs agentic-based AI integrated. Doing anything in Figma after coding feels like slow motion.
A recent lead(who became a client) approached us with a specific interest in our ability to serve as a one-stop shop and being reliable partner for years, rather than just our design skills. That’s why we include “working since” next to the projects in our sales deck.
Chill. You will get used to it like any other iOS redesigns.
Branding’s the most misinterpreted term, and I bet it started with some designer who offered $10 branding for ugly logo, a few colors, and Inter font. Let’s find that dude and use a time machine to fix things up.
I hope more companies adopt this. Seeing people call themselves UX Designers while being unable to design has always been ridiculous to me.
We just dropped UX as a title at @Shopify. Same for Content Design. If you design, you're a Designer. If you write, you're now a Writer. Simpler. Better. (1/3)
The weird part of doing art direction is constantly telling designers that "It's not done." Eventually, they will make it work. The sharper your direction, the faster the process will be.
The more we're working @primeuicom, the more it becomes obvious that "generic" web designers won't be needed in 1-2 years. Designers who can create nice feature illustrations and animations will have more time, but most likely will also be replaced within the next 2-3 years for…
Recently released a massive update for @slashapp - redesign, rebranding, and development of the new website. - Next.js - Sanity - TailwindCSS - Rive
