Managing emotions under pressure isn’t just important for exams or in everyday life—it’s just as crucial when the scoreline’s tight. Delivered training to the Żebbuġ Rangers Football Club (Malta) coaches to develop not just skills, but also emotion regulation on the pitch.

As we neared the end of the school year and just before the start of exam season here in Malta, I had the privilege of visiting another three schools that requested workshops on emotion regulation.

A different kind of day — not in a school or university, but at the European Commission Representation in Malta for a Roundtable Discussion on the Action Plan against Cyberbullying. Invited by EU Commissioner Mr. Glenn Micallef as Director of the Educational Neuroscience Hub.
