Last weekend, Democratic Socialists in Mpls proved once again that organized people will always defeat organized money. I am proud that my friend Senator Omar Fateh beat out Mayor Frey to earn the DFL endorsement – the first time a mayoral candidate has done so in over a decade.

I kept seeing Will Stancil at the convention everywhere and it was crazy
So we built a team of incredible organizers who share our values like @braydenm99, @Quels612, @mara_novillo, and @ayana_joy_, all led by @AriannaFeldman. Alongside hundreds of volunteers, we organized like hell for caucus night. The DFL process is all about who you turn out.
With a majority vote from DFL delegates, TCDSA members and allied Palestine Solidarity organizers worked to PASS a resolution at the Minneapolis DFL Convention asking our local elected officials to divest from any companies supporting Israel’s genocide of Palestine.
