Tim wasn’t erased, he was basically kidnapped. Damian looks like a monk because the issue opens in a simulation set in an alternate path he could’ve taken (same for the others, trapped in different universes) Read comics, guys
I think it looks better than the full cowl on this suit but I still prefer the full cowl overall
Can’t say I’m the hugest fan of the open cowl on the All-In suit tbh sometimes it looks pretty solid but I’m ALREADY not a open cowl person so. It would be pretty funny if they keep this as the version of the suit after this arc though

Honestly my biggest problem with mantle sharing is that the characters are never really equal. You can tell who’s filling the actual role of the mantle and who’s either doing their own thing (should be a different mantle then) or playing second fiddle
