how the actual fuck do i keep getting waves of dizziness and shakiness while ON MY SIDE TRYING TO SLEEP

i go to italy on september 24th and i absolutely must be bmi 18 by then

hope i’m back at lw in the morning or im gonna cry

i’m getting so close to bmi 20

can they make konjac into something crispy. i just want to devour a giant bag of chips all the low calories ones are like one serve - 1/3 of a chip

all this locking in and i’ve only lost 7.8kg

can i break a fast with oats? i’ll make some overnight if so

well that’s officially the longest i’ve fasted, i feel like im gonna try to sleep 😭 it’s true that it gets easier
