Usually zone out on enviro calls, but just learned that pizza places next to "dirty" dry cleaners can have worse air quality—the 365 days/yr running oven creates negative pressure that pulls in vapors from the ground next door. Never eating dry cleaner adjacent pizza again.

Never seen more windows and “articulation” on industrial buildings than I did while driving I-15 just north of Vegas. Such a strange requirement for a box along a highway in the middle of a desert.
