The two Razis cite the consensus. At-Tabari was an academic who intended to list everything out there and showcase what he thought was correct. Open his book on history and you will very quickly see him listing things which are obviously fabrications against companions.

Allah is Al-Tayyib (Good/Pure). It means He’s absolutely perfect and exalted from all deficiencies. Allah is Al-Barr (The Benefactor). It means He is the source of all goodness.
