Being an adult is waking up to have something to sort out, something to pay for, unexpected news or unprecedented times every single day.
College is essentially a walkable city with good infrastructure, full of civilians working toward self-betterment. There's still a respect for expertise and facts, as well as community and forgiveness. Leaving that is tough.
I think college ruined my perception of community in real adult world because the way i yearn for something that kind of only exist when you live on campus..
We've got to protect R&B, Gospel, and all of black music in general - at all costs. Shame on those who try to do away with the very musical foundations that make us who we are as a culture - especially when its one of our own doing the dirty work.
A bit of both for majors. It’s catalogue making the money but new music is struggling (mostly because of the mechanics of streaming). Takes years longer to break a new act than it did before. I also think the way money is spent should be wholly revised. But it won’t be.
Is the industry really ‘losing money’ or just being cheap to maximize profit at the cost of the actual artists ??
