Shaq has a net worth over $500m. I honestly doubt he cares about the other centers in the league, they can make all they want and will never have Shaq money
Shaq has a net worth over $500m. I honestly doubt he cares about the other centers in the league, they can make all they want and will never have Shaq money
Shaq’s jealousy is tiring. He’s mad at the $$$ the other bigs have gotten as the cap has escalated Really the only real reason. Gobert’s been a transformative player for the game of basketball and a guy who has made the basketball community — those who actually watch — smarter
"I f*cking hate Rudy Gobert... You [are] making big money, play like a f*cking big man. That's it... If [he] gets into the Hall of Fame. I'll wear this dress to the motherf*cking ceremony." — Shaq 👀 (via @bigpodwithshaq)
This makes me sad! Rough couple of months for Alijah Arenas I hope he makes a speedy recovery
BREAKING: USC’s prized recruit Alijah Arenas has suffered a tear of the meniscus, putting him in jeopardy of missing the entire 2025-26 college basketball season, league sources tell me.

Re: Clippers in ‘25-‘26 season This team is really, really good. 50 win team adding onto their biggest flaws (backup pg and backup center). They should be a top 4 team in the west as long as Harden is healthy Are they legit contenders? I think it depends on matchups in the…
It would be a dream offseason for Clippers to have added Brook Lopez John Collins Bradley Beal Chris Paul A complete renovation on the depth of their roster. An older team, but far more talented than last year’s iteration
The Clippers’ salary cap management has indeed opened the door to signing both Bradley Beal (conditional on a Phoenix buyout) and reuniting with Chris Paul. The Suns and Clippers have been the two potential spots for Paul since June 29 as covered here: tinyurl.com/3nfhybht
Really good backup point guard get for the Clippers
Twelve-time All-Star Chris Paul has agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, CAA's Steven Heumann, Ty Sullivan and Jessica Holtz told ESPN. Paul had multiple suitors, but chose the contending Clippers and their shared history in L.A. for his likely final, 21st NBA season.
After getting Marcus Smart, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lakers use the salary of either Vincent, Kleber and/or Milton to tighten their roster up for the next 12-24 months
Fascinating signing for the Lakers Marcus Smart is such a huge upgrade, even at this point, over Gabe Vincent It’s literally night and day
BREAKING: Marcus Smart has agreed to a contract buyout with the Washington Wizards and intends to sign a two-year, $11 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers after clearing waivers, sources tell ESPN. A return to a grand stage for the 2022 NBA Defensive Player of the Year.
Okay maybe he has a point
The consenus? F*** you and the consensus @ZachLowe_NBA . This is most likely the same consensus teams who can’t guard me and send double teams from jump ball . Why are we double teaming a guy who's “not that good” make it make sense please.
This is so awesome
Lillard and the Trail Blazers both deeply cared about the comeback in recent weeks – with multiple meetings among the Portland franchise icon, general manager Joe Cronin and head coach Chauncey Billups to bond together and move forward united on a new deal.
To me, it doesn’t seem like people understand how lucky Phoenix is that Beal was willing to leave some money on the table With a NTC, he could’ve fought for every penny and halted PHX’s ability to get out of the aprons posing even more longterm issues
You can’t judge this offseason’s decisions on the previous Beal trade. The Beal trade, like I said when it happened, was a disaster for PHX and they still have to pay for that choice But, if they tried running it back with an expiring KD and NTC Beal, they would freeze future…
Clippers have played this perfectly. Good, competitive basketball for nearly 15 years consecutively now. Had a great year 1 at the Intuit Dome and have really built an organizational culture which can be hard to do in nba. Two more solid years coming before star hunting in ‘27
Phoenix got: - Two good rim-running centers - Two steals in the 2nd round (Fleming, Brea) - Two (flawed) starters in Brooks, JG - Booker extended - out of Beal’s NTC and the aprons all in one offseason. Unreal
A+ offseason for the Phoenix Suns
Really like what the Clippers have been able to do Beal, for as much as I’ve been anti-Beal the last 4 years, is a huge upgrade for them People conflate bad contract for bad player His NTC and price tag was awful for Phoenix. This is SO good for LAC. Upgrade over Norm
