The old stereotype that brainy people are cowards is getting a bloody good (and deserved) workout here. There’s a reason no great ethical or religious system considers high intellect a per se good. Something more—usually physical or moral courage—is always needed. #NHSFife
I can’t forget that these doctors were the kids at school who were so bright they were always destined for medicine. Straight As bright. Often the ones who excelled at everything - academics, sport, drama, the lot. They held all the aces and yet… not so bright after all.
Transactivism requires work. You can see this in the #NHSFife case. The lanyard classes have to work SO HARD to keep the illusion on foot.
