Getting back to it, after vacation, I burned almost 500 calories Between weightlifting, elliptical & walking on the treadmill! Great 2 hour work out! Don’t give me shit, I need to go hard this week as I had way TOO MUCH FUN last week and ate all the good things that are bad…

Two things knocked off the bucket list, I climbed and amazing climb of my life and I had STEAK! I haven’t had steak in 22 plus years and I have never been able to climb such an amazing height, I’m so proud of myself!
