Released a patch with a new aptitude. The aptitudes name is "Warfare", and it contains low-tech adjacent skills. Probably the last aptitude for now, as it increases the mods total amount of skills to 103, and the results of a poll i did show that 10 aptitudes is enough for now.

Added a "Piracy" Aptitude. Its a logistical aptitude with a focus on more "Active" logistics, also called shooting people up and taking their stuff. #Starsector #Modding
